salmon with dijon dill sauce (for losers)

or

you can take the girl out of the pacific northwest, but you can't expect her not to bitch and whine about eating vacuum packed frozen fish

for the sauce:
1 spoon sized glop of sour cream
another glop of mayo
a somewhat smaller glop of dijon mustard (i suppose yellow mustard could be substituted if you are more of a loser than i am)
some dill
some lemon juice
some sea salt

mix this all around in a bowl. cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for a while. in the meantime, throw some salmon in the oven or on the george foreman grill or in a frying pan until your chances of food poisoning are outweighed by the threat of mercury poisoning. top it off with the sauce, serve with some asparagus. ta da.
